Ordering

Ordering or buying from the huopalandia.fi online store does not require registration. An unregistered new customer places their order as a Guest. After the customer has registered, he will be sent a username and password, which he can use in the future, e.g. for ordering and using your own customer benefits.
Products can also be ordered without usernames.


When the order enters our system, we send the customer an order confirmation by e-mail. When we have received the order and the order confirmation has been sent to the customer by e-mail, it is binding on the customer.


Our entire product range and price list can be seen in our online store. We reserve the right to restrict sales, e.g. due to temporary product availability problems.

Product prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery fees will be announced and charged in connection with the order and will be confirmed in the order confirmation. The prices of the products are in euros (EUR) and include 24% VAT.

Huopalandia.fi reserves the right to cancel the sale in case of obvious price errors (eg the price of the product is 0.00 euros) or if the product or a replacement product is no longer available.

Terms of delivery

Products in stock will be delivered in 1-7 business days. 

We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. Our goal is to contact customers as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone if we find that the delivery takes longer than usual.

Delivery methods

Postage in Finland.

Package prices:

• 0 - 1 kg: 7€

• 1 - 2 kg: 12€

• 2 - 10 kg: 16€

Delivery prices include VAT (24%).

Products have a 14-day return policy from the time the product is picked up. Please contact us with your account number and we will refund you immediately.

Orders placed abroad are sent in the Economy payment category. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the payment zone of the destination country.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and a link through which you can conveniently follow the progress of your order.

Returns

With our customer service, you can agree on how you want to proceed with the payment. You can also switch to another product.

For a refund, please provide an account number.

Cancellation due to delay

The customer can cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be reported to info@huopalandia.fi or to 040 537 1267.

We will notify our customers by e-mail or telephone if the delivery time differs from normal. Huopalandia.fi also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account.

Complaints

All complaints regarding the order or delivery should be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to:

info@huopalandia.fi or to the number 040 537 1267.

Responsibility

Our responsibility for our consumer customers is determined according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Our responsibility towards our business customers is limited to refunding the price of faulty, delayed or missing products. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages.

Data protection

We save in our system only the information provided by registered users on the huopalandia.fi website. Our system does not see or process credit card information, PayPal passwords or bank IDs.

The information you provide on the site is never disclosed to third parties. Huopalandia sends subscribers loyalty mail, which you can cancel if you want.

The site requires that you allow the use of cookies in your browser. The cookie is only used to maintain shopping cart information and login information, no other tracking is performed with it.

Intellectual property

The material on the Huopalandia.fi pages (such as trademarks, product information, images, texts and other material) belong to us or our partners. Copying or using the material without our permission is prohibited (other than for your own personal private use).

Order difficulties

Huopalandia.fi is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable influence of the Huopalandia.fi online store that hinders or hinders its operation (force majeure).
We are not responsible if your order does not arrive due to the failure of the data network or communication connections.

Change of conditions

The Huopalandia.fi online store can change the order and delivery conditions, for example due to changes in the law.
